## Folders:
| Folders | Description |
| ------------- |-------------|
| ajax | Folder "constraints" contains files that form lists with user constraints (select_modalities also keep user modalities selection in search exams form). |
| | Folder "exam_notifications" contains a file which writes to cache the exam unique token. |
| | Folder "menu" has files that keep cookies about search forms states (if they are opened or closed).|
| | Folder "selectric" contains files that connect to server, return results and then apply them to select boxes in search exams form.|
| | select_table_columns.php and sort_table_columns.php write to database user preferences about exams results table columns. |
| css | dias pages styling. |
| img | Includes all dias images.|
| include | This folder keeps files about jboss and memcache that need configuration, so dias can work properly. It also includes mapping.xml that contains the mapping between Shibboleth user domain name and Gateway AETitle in order to filter exams for each user. |
|js | Includes all dias javascript files. |
| lib|It keeps all dias needed libraries. |
|manuals | In this folder, there are a dias application manual and a manual for Image Viewer.|
|tmp | It keeps user sessions.|

## Files:
| Files | Description |
| ------------- |-------------|
| admin_exams.php| Displays a search form for examinations search. User can set various criteria to eliminate results. In results table, there is a link to Image Viewer application. |
| admin_pat.php | Displays a search form for patients search. User can set criteria like id, name or birthdate. User can also go over patient's examinations. |
| admin_user.php | Displays a search form for dias users search, which is only viewed by Administrator. He can set criteria like name or AMKA and give users authorization and constraints. |
| db\_connect.php| db\_connect keeps the suitable variables for database connection.|
| index.php | It requires db_connect.php for database connection. Index is the initial page of project.|
| institutions_mapping.php | It connects institutions' names with their src_aet name and their domain name. |
| main.php| main.php is the main menu (up and left frame) of dias. It also keeps global variables and cookies about user interaction with the application.|
| read\_encoded\_url.php| It reads token from cache and creates a link for Image Viewer application.|
| statistics.php| This page is only viewed by Management. It shows exams statistics. User can set various criteria according to his needs.|
| test.php | Shows Server Variables (for development testing purpose).|
| user_profile.php| Displays hospital, role and other user attributes.|
